REMEMBER to build a relationship with your child, which you craved to have with your own mother when you were a child. A small statement leaves a big imprint on a child, that kid is too small to understand your intentions.
It's our responsibility to educate them about their emotions...not abandon them with our unfiltered emotions as well, onto them. Such statements leave a scare that are carried forward to their adulthood.

Anxiety can be defined as apprehension, tension, or uneasiness that stems from the anticipation of danger, which may be internal or external (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 1980).
Although some definitions distinguish between fear as being an emotional reaction to a real and consciously recognized threat and anxiety as being a fear response when reality does not justify such a response.

CHANGING THE NARRATIVE
It's important what you tell yourself. Often, the critical voice inside your head is an extension of authority figures from the past. That created a limiting internal narrative that kept you small and prevented you from reaching for more. Which develops an anxious internal narrative.
Changing your narrative means challenging that voice and creating a new one of your own. You do this by unveiling evidence to support your new story.
Make a list of accomplishments to prove you are capable of doing hard things. Make another list of risks you took that paid off. You can even remember failures that moved you forward and what you learned from them.
Carol Dweck, the foremost researcher on the subject, compares growth and fixed mindsets. She says that a growth mindset is one in which we see failures as opportunities to grow and learn.

Burnout syndromes are liable to occur in those working in a setting of great emotional intensity demanding high degrees of affective awareness and control, empathy and tolerance of uncertainty.
Burnout is a problem that causes:
• overwhelming exhaustion
• feelings of detachment and cynicism
• feelings of unaccomplished and ineffective in their work
Auxiliary causes such as overwork lower the psyche’s ability to react adequately to somatic tension (Freud, 1895). They make the psyche more vulnerable, since the threshold of excitation that can be dealt with, is lowered. “If the strength of the ego diminishes, whether through illness or exhaustion, or from some similar cause, all the instincts which have so far been successfully tamed may renew their demands and strive to obtain substitutive satisfaction in abnormal ways” (Freud, 1937).
Excessive work can thus be considered a predisposing factor for psychic trouble, since the ego’s capacity to deal with excitation and already repressed material is lowered.
It is often a combination of factors that contribute to the onset of burnout. You might feel overly stressed by the demands of your job while at the same time struggling with personal challenges.
TAKE A BREAK, YOU NEED IT...
Guilt-Free Break: The important thing is to listen to your body!!!
There is a very engraved phenomenon "feeling of being useful"...a break seems like we will lack behind and we start guilt tripping ourselves. We owe us time to rejuvenate. Don't take time off from work with an idea to come back to be more productive, instead of planning your break with a result oriented perspective, make it more organic, sit with yourself, listen to yourself.
Coping with burnout implies that the system will try to become aware of its projections and own its good and bad parts alike.
LISTEN WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS....Do not ignore your needs.... prioritise yourself.
