Start and the End are same so only you have time in between .
You can utilise it fullest only when you are not only physically but mentally n spiritually fit. Mind it lack of Spiritual health is one of main cause of Unhealthy society besides personal pain .
Do meditation regularly.
Do meditate n Encourage others for the same .
Not only physical not only mental health but we should seek Total health n for that their is need of spiritual health n that requires meditation.
