NICU job vacancy
We are looking for a Senior NICU staff to join our NICU at Apex Children’s Hospital and provide round-the-clock care for premature and ill newborn infants.
Responsibilities
1)Assist the NICU doctors in medical procedures and treatments.
2)Use and adjust specialized medical equipments like Ventilator, CPAP etc.
3)Formulate nursing plans and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.
4)Comfort sick newborns and anxious parents and family members.
5)Offer support to parents and educate them on the at-home care of their newborn.
Requirements and skills
1)Proven work experience as a Senior NICU Nurse or similar role.
2)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3)The ability to offer emotional support to parents, guardians, and family members.
4)Working knowledge of NICU specialized equipment.
5)Expertise in working with a team.
6)Exceptional ability to offer comfort to ill newborns
7)Relevant training and/or certifications as a NICU Nurse
