Detox your mouth
Gargling with oil is an age-old practice that is now being repositioned as "oil-pulling." Gargling with oil strengthens the gums, teeth and the jaw bone. It also helps improve voice and removes wrinkles from the cheeks and crows feet around eyes.
Make this part of your daily morning routine and it’ll go a long way in keeping your facial muscles, teeth and bones healthy.
>> Warm 25-30 ml of sesame/coconut oil. Take a small portion of this and gargle for 30 seconds and spit.
>> Use the remaining oil to swish for 2 minutes, vigorously.
>> The oil will now attain a creamy consistency absorbing the toxins of your mouth. Spit it out.
>> Use your index finger to gently massage your gums.
>> Use a small cup of warm water to swish and spit, if you aren’t comfortable with the left-over oil layer in your mouth.
