Then and Now.
Baby Sharadi is thriving and as happy as can be . Three years post op for Diaphragmatic hernia detected coincidentally .
The first time I saw Sharadi was at the age of four months , she was a healthy weight gaining baby who had the occasional cough and no other symptoms . I did a chest X-ray just because mother had visited thrice with the same complaints and there were no clinical signs.
I will remember Sharadi always and this was a case that took everyone by surprise . Her primary consulting Phsyican , surgical team and myself.

Devastated and heartbroken that a budding young resident doctor was brutally assaulted and murdered in the hospital where she was on duty for 36 hours.

It has to stop now.
Government and policy makers have to pass the bill that make crimes against doctors severely punishable and non bailable .
We will not take it anymore.
Too many young lives have been lost amen without any sense .

Obesity can come with a number of risks. If not controlled in time, it can lead to multiple illnesses. A range of factors such as parenting style and genetics can contribute to obesity in children. Remember - children learn from their parents. The environment we set at home, the food we let them eat and how we raise them can impact their health. Let us create a safe and healthy environment for our children to grow.

Being a mother is no easy task, It requires endless hours of nurturing, care, and selfless love, yet it's also the most rewarding job in the world.

On this special day, I want to remind all mothers to take care of themselves as well. We often get entangled in the endless hours of caring for our children and forget to prioritize our own health and well-being. So, take some time for yourself, indulge in your favorite activities, and recharge your batteries. After all, a happy and healthy mother is the foundation of a happy and healthy family.

I wish all the mothers good health, lots of smiles and a wonderful Mother's Day!

is a time to celebrate resilience, wisdom, and pure hearts. But who am I praising today? A celebrity? An award winner? A famous athlete? An actor? None of the above.

I want to dedicate this ode to the women who have cared for me tirelessly over the last 15 years. They may be widowed or trapped in unfulfilling relationships, yet they work with unflinching dedication that is fueled by love and care for my family.

Their stories of hardship, of overcoming naivety and ignorance, inspire me deeply. Despite life's challenges, they remain the softest souls I know. Their resilience teaches me the true meaning of privilege and gratitude.

I owe them more than words can express. Their dedication allows me the freedom to pursue my passions with peace of mind. But their care extends beyond duty - they share in my joys, wipe away my tears, and pray for my family's well-being.

To me, they're not just 'help,' they're cherished members of our family. This Women's Day, I honor their strength, selflessness, and unwavering support. They are my guardian angels, and I'm profoundly grateful for their presence in my life.

In the previous few videos, I spoke about safe sleeping practices.

Safe sleep involves placing your baby in a way that protects them from dangers like choking, suffocation, and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Some of the practices I suggested might have seemed strange, but we must remember that these are based on scientific evidence. We must also remember that our baby’s health and safety is more important than social norms, customs and traditions.

Hoping you found the information helpful.

New mothers often complain that their baby just doesn’t sleep. Well, that’s just the way babies are for the first 2-6 months after birth. They can sleep continuously for only two or three hours, after which they require a feed.

However, by the time the baby is one year old, they are able to sleep for 8-9 hours at a stretch. Let them spend time in daylight and let them hear daily noises like those of the pressure cooker and the traffic outside, so that they get used to the idea of day and night.

🌟 Witnessing the growth and success of my little patients fills my heart with joy! Today, I had the pleasure of seeing the lovely siblings, Pragna and Haripriya, thriving in their own unique ways.

Pragna's dedication shines through with her stellar academic achievements and musical talents, aspiring to be a doctor. Meanwhile, Haripriya, affectionately known as Puttani, basks in the love and care of her family, radiating happiness wherever she goes. These precious moments outside the exam room remind me why I love what I do. Here's to nurturing dreams and fostering smiles! 💖✨
