Before going deeper into asana,
you need to prepare yourself.

Not just your body —
your mind, your breath, your energy.

Because yoga was never about shapes.
It’s about awareness.

Slow down.
Feel your breath.
Ground into your body.

Let your practice begin
before the first movement.

Halasana (Plow Pose) — quiet power for your whole system

Not the loud kind of strength…
but the one that resets you from the inside.

Why your body & mind love Halasana:

– Stimulates the thyroid → supports metabolism & hormonal balance
– Gently massages abdominal organs → improves digestion & detox
– Releases tension in the spine, shoulders & neck
– Calms the nervous system → reduces anxiety & overthinking
– Enhances blood circulation to the brain → mental clarity & focus
– Helps with insomnia → invites deeper, more restful sleep
– Activates parasympathetic state → your “rest & heal” mode

Energetically:
Halasana turns you inward.
It’s a posture of surrender, introspection, and quiet transformation.

Reminder:
Move into it slowly. Support your neck. Avoid if you have serious cervical issues or high blood pressure (unless guided).

Sometimes the most powerful shift…
happens when you fold in, not push forward.

When is someone actually ready for Chakrasana?

A person is ready when these foundations are present:

1. Spine is prepared (not just flexible)
2. Shoulders are open enough
3. Strong legs & glutes
4. Wrist strength & tolerance
5. Core is active (not passive flexibility)
6. Breath stays steady

Signs someone is not ready yet
• Pain or pinching in lower back
• Elbows splay out uncontrollably
• Heels lift or legs collapse outward
• Neck feels compressed
• Holding breath to push into the pose

Your practice is your investment in yourself.

Not something you “have to do”,
but something that holds you when life feels too much.

It’s where you come back to your body,
your breath, your truth.

And over time, this becomes your strongest foundation 🕉️

Utkatasana (Chair Pose)

A powerful pose that builds both strength and stability.

• strengthens legs and glutes — helps support joints and posture
• activates the core — improves balance and body control
• stimulates metabolism — supports energy and digestion
• engages the whole body — builds endurance and focus

Utkatasana may look simple,
but holding it trains both your body and your mind

Consistency over perfection.

Even 10 minutes of yoga a day can change everything.
Show up. Breathe. Repeat.

That’s where transformation begins.

Feel bloated? Heavy? Low energy?

👉 Try Vayunishkasana

This simple pose helps to:
• release trapped gas
• improve digestion
• reduce bloating
• stimulate abdominal organs
• bring lightness to the body

Sometimes your body doesn’t need more food…
it needs release
