Went for Yogprasadam….Yoga session and Sadhya lunch bu Anil sir. It was the first time meeting my yoga guru since I started yoga. It was always online so meeting him in person and doing yoga offline was great experience. Best was my son too joined. So it was mother-son session. Food after was amazing….just so yummy….Mind, Body, Soul and stomach satisfied 🧘‍♀️😌😁🙏🏻
