When we do Yoga, it’s not merely about exercising; it’s about connecting deeply with ourselves. There are some common misconceptions—many believe it’s just for weight loss or good health. I would gently emphasize that Yoga is a holistic practice that allows us to reconnect with our inner selves. This wisdom has been passed down through centuries, and even today, many benefit from its teachings.🧘‍♀️🌿

Yoga has transformed countless lives. Despite the various forms and names it has taken over time, its foundational principles remain unchanged. I want to affirm that embracing new methods or innovations in Yoga is perfectly okay. However, the core essence cannot be altered. When we speak of Hatha Yoga, the sun and moon—representing different energies—combine to create a central force, which is the soul of Yoga.👣🏋️‍♂️
