Some people experience digestive issues with A1 milk due to the presence of the A1 protein, which breaks down into a peptide called beta-casomorphin-7 (BCM-7) during digestion. A2 milk, on the other hand, is considered easier to digest as it doesn't contain the A1 protein and therefore doesn't produce BCM-7.
