Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 2; Verse 35
Meaning –
“Great warriors will think you have withdrawn from battle out of fear, O mighty one. Having been highly esteemed by them, you will fall into disgrace.”
Here, Krishna reminds Arjuna that avoiding his duty (dharma) out of fear would not only weaken his own spirit but also diminish the respect others hold for him. Honor and courage are not about pride, but about standing firm in the path of one’s responsibility, even when it feels difficult.
In life too, when we step back from challenges due to hesitation or fear, we allow doubts to define us. But when we rise with conviction, we inspire trust, strength, and dignity—not just in ourselves, but in everyone around us.
True victory lies not in escaping difficulties, but in facing them with courage, clarity, and resolve.
