The project is a simple house for the owners to stay on their visit to the farm. The ground floor consists of 3 rooms each attached with a pantry and toilet facility. The first floor houses a semi open hall to host small events.
The ground floor is built with the simplest grid using laterite blocks sourced within 40 km from the site. The hall however is a more flexible form contrasting the ground floor, although it continues to follows order and grid. Ferrocement construction technique has been used to achieve the free form making it cost effective. The open-projected canopies allow a safe and comfortable zone to look out into the green fields and trees all around.
