What is XtraComp and What do you do thru this organization? Ans: We are a profit oriented organization with intent to reduce digital divide in our society by providing various training, teaching aids and delivering e-services at cheaper rate in our locality. We deliver Internet Training thru Classroom mode to elderly, housewives, children and businessmen who normally do not get access to Internet learning outside. We have a special front desk for e-booking and e-services for our local citizens at a discounted rate than market. We have conceptualized and designed a digital environment called “XtraCafe” under the same roof where you can surf, socialize, write blogs, check emails etc while sipping your hot Coffee.
2. What are benefits of getting enrolled as student ? Ans: We provide many other supports starting from paying your electricity bills to arranging your car cleaning services for our enrolled students only. We are just a phone call away for any kind of service requirements. If you are a student, then you are privileged.
3. Can somebody enroll in any course module to start with? Ans: Yes, you can select any course module as per your need. These are specific need based courses which can be selected alone or together.
4. Is there any discount if one enrolls for more than one module together? Please check with our center front office for details.
5. Do you provide any Home Tutor? Ans: No. We believe in social networking and group learning with individual attention. The batch size is very small. We have independent batch for elderly, housewives and children to encourage group learning.
6. What if someone does not learn enough in 10 days? Ans: Our course modules are simple and meant for beginners and intermediate only. We do not mind in extending the training period if student is willing to continue.
7. What is practice hours and how much time is allowed per student? Ans: Practice hour is anything beyond your study hours/classroom teaching. You have 10hrs of practice hour per module which can be used anytime based on your convenience if class room is free.
8. What are the things available under “XtraSupport” services ? Ans: You can get e-solutions for all your recharge needs like mobile, DTH broadband etc. You can also buy your tickets for bus, train, air travels without any service charge at our center.
9. What is “e-info” service and how is it charged? And: E-info service is a highly sophisticated sourcing solution for your Homecare and Electronics purchase needs. You can surely be a smart shopper and save thru our information cell. We provide both “information only” and “product & information” solution at our center. We charge a fraction of your savings only. If you do not get savings then our service is completely FREE.
10. What is XtraCafe and what are the things customers can do apart from having Coffee and Snacks? Ans: XtraCafe is conceptualized from abroad living style of “Digital Room” where you can relax, socialize, blog, chat, email, browse, e-shopping etc right while you sit and have your coffee. You can capture your moments thru our high resolution IP camera and share in FaceBook, Twitter while you enjoy coffee and snacks. 11. What is XtraWorkshops and how are these arranged and who can avail this service? Ans: We arrange weekly workshops on topics like E-commerce, E-healthcare, E-education, investment planning etc. These are delivered thru presentation and interaction mode to advance registered candidates (These are Free for students).
12. What is XtraCards and How does it work ? Ans: XtraCards are various personalized Discount cards which you can show and avail saving from merchants in your every purchase. These different cards are available for lifestyle, entertainment, household and healthcare requirements.
13. Where are these XtraCards available? Ans: These cards are available at our center and the affiliated merchant’s locations. If you see our XtraCard decals on shop’s window or door, then you can ask for the cards.
14. How much does it cost to buy one Card ? Ans: The cards are sold at Rs. 300 to Rs. 600 based on category.
