For Kapotasana A & B, we corrected the common mistake of dropping the head early and losing shoulder movement.
By keeping the head high and walking the hands first, the shoulders open safely and fully before reaching the feet.
In B, we stack the pelvis over the knees and rise by shifting the weight forward with controlled breath and alignment.

In Laghu Vajrasana, we focused on glute engagement, clean shoulder alignment, and controlling both entry and exit.
Keeping the shoulders depressed, glutes active, and pelvis lifted makes the rise smooth and safe.
