Monday evening began with the exploration of shoulder opening — a subtle yet powerful gateway in the journey of yoga.
Before entering deep backbends, the body must be prepared with awareness, patience, and precision. Shoulder mobility is not just about flexibility; it is about creating space, stability, and freedom in movement.
Without proper adjustment, alignment, and conscious hand work, progressing into deeper backbending postures becomes limited and unsafe.
Every small preparation is a step closer to expansion — physically, mentally, and energetically.
