Yesterday at 4:41 PM, Assam was shaken by a massive 5.8 magnitude earthquake. While fear and panic could have overtaken anyone, our NAMC Hospital family stood strong.

💙 In our Neonatal ICU, where life is most delicate, our brave NICU sisters chose courage over fear. Standing firmly beside the tiniest of lives, they showed unwavering dedication, strength, and commitment to their duty—even as the ground trembled.

👩‍⚕👶 Their actions remind us that true heroes don’t wear capes, they wear compassion and courage.

We are delighted to share that the first pediatric bronchoscopy was successfully performed at NAMC Hospital by our respected Senior Pediatrician, Dr. Jayanta Hazarika Sir. 🩺👶

The case was diagnosed as Type II Laryngomalacia with Laryngo-Tracheal Cleft and Left Vocal Cord Palsy — a remarkable achievement in pediatric care for our hospital.
