Kriya Yoga Dhyana Thapovana Sevashramamu is a non-profit organization Kriya Yoga Dhyana Thapovana Sevashramamu is a non-profit organization founded by Sadhguru Sri Swamy Gnanananda Giri Maharaj, as directed by his guru Sri swamy AvaduthaGiri maharaj, to promote authentic Kriya Yoga meditation practices. Ashram's main goal is to spread kriya yoga meditation practices even to a layman. Ashram conducts free in-person kriya yoga sessions, while providing free food and accommodation during the sessions. Practitioners could get their questions clarified by directly interacting with swamiji during those sessions. Ashram has a successful history of teaching Kriya yoga meditation. Ashram's early practitioners have reported great progress with a short duration of practice. It is not uncommon for many practitioners to report to be able to meditate in a single posture for extended periods of time without any thoughts. Even seniors between 60 to 80 years old have reported the ability to meditate in single posture for upto 6 hours at a time. Spiritual experiences can take many forms, and reports of chakra and kundalini activation are among the many types of experiences that practitioners have reported. Ashram is committed to providing FREE services in the future, as well. Ashram serves people irrespective of gender, caste, creed, colour, region and religion. The primary motto of ashram is to spread authentic Kriya yoga meditation practices to everyone and anyone.
