On our recent India tour with *The Kasrat Shala* 🇮🇳, we had the incredible opportunity to share our movement practice at one of the most community-driven dojos we’ve seen—**MMC** 🥋✨
It’s always inspiring to work with passionate students from diverse fields 🧠🧘‍♂️⚔️. Every exchange, every session is a two-way learning—while we teach, we grow too 🔁

On our India tour this year, we had the opportunity to work with the **NCC batch of Karnavati University**—a session filled with **nostalgia, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives.** The students were eager to explore something **fundamental yet essential for all—movement.**

We also conducted a **Recode class** for the **management team**, who spend long hours sitting. This session was a reminder of how **daily movement is non-negotiable** for longevity and performance.

Our mission is to **educate, empower, and strengthen** more students, so they can **move better, feel stronger, and achieve more.** 💪✨

First time in India!!
Explore Yoga + Kasrat + Kali in just one ☝🏼 Intensive Course amidst the Himalayas.

Course Includes :

• Mornings would start with Energy building Vinyasa Krama & Flow sequences finishing with Maha Moksha Sadhna ( Pranayama ).

• During the day we will explore the techniques from Filipino Martial Art - Kali.

• Evenings would be spent practicing “ Bhartiya Kasrat Vidya “. Circular training with Mudgal & Gada. You will introduced to Steel Mace Flow.

Also ,

* Waterfall & Sunset point hike would be organised in between.

* Your stay will be in The Kasrat Shala at the most picturesque “ “

* Clean & Ventilated Rooms.

* Nutritious Veg Meals with most of the ingredients harvested out from our Organic Farm.
