Yesterday night was all about baby boys night out.. Baby 1 Normal full term delivery and
Baby 2 just knocked in emergency for
Caserean section
I guess they wanted to be valued for their presence in 2025 and Just Chill the Year end Party !!

WINTER BABIES - Common factor among all these babies were OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS.
( After delivery all babies are doing their best!)

What is Oligohydaramnios?

In simple terms it means reduced amniotic fluid around fetus in utero.

Reasons - Maternal health conditions: Chronic hypertension, preeclampsia, and diabetes are associated with uteroplacental insufficiency.

Infections: Viral infections like cytomegalovirus (CMV) and rubella

Ruptured amniotic sac: A leak in the sac that causes fluid to escape

Dehydration: Severe dehydration in the mothe r can contribute to lower amniotic fluid volume

Rarely Fetal health issues: Kidney and urinary tract abnormalities

Post-term pregnancy: Being more than two weeks past the due date increases the risk

Dehydration and inadequate rest is most commonly seen reason when there is no mother and fetal commorbidity.

So ladies please dont forget to hydrate yourself even in winters.
