A morning Meditation...
A Silent medicine...
You’ve probably heard about morning meditation, but why do we actually need it? Everyone I know is busy. I’m busy. There are a million things demanding our time and attention every single day. I think most of us spend our time running as fast as we can just to keep up.
This question finally prompted me to start a morning meditation practice a few months ago and I can say that it has changed my life.
The simple truth is that meditation is good for you. You don’t have to be a yogi or a monk or a deeply spiritual person to see dramatic benefits from meditation. It’s good for powerhouse career women and stay-at-home moms. It’s good for businessmen and doctors and lawyers and tech gurus and video gamers and for Everyone. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you’re into, you are definitely going to get benefits from meditation.
HOW it works.....
The act of meditating causes the pituitary gland in your brain to secrete endorphins.They make us feel good, emotionally and physically. Meditation also enhances activity in the area of your brain that’s associated with positive emotions and experiences. meditation helps combat depression and anxiety, regular meditation may improve pain tolerance.....

Til Gud both are winters *super food*
While Til, or sesame seeds provides warmth to the body, Gud, or jaggery is good source of iron. Sesame seeds also strengthen bones, boost hair quality, control blood sugar and keep skin healthy, as they are loaded with protein, calcium, iron and magnesium.
Jaggery on the other hand, activates digestive enzymes which makes the process easier. It is rich in iron which purifies blood, while minerals like zinc and selenium prevent early ageing. The combination of Til and Gud also boosts immunity and guards the body from seasonal infections.
