Patalkot is a valley in Tamiya where the solo travelers can find their peace in the serenity of the mountains & waterfalls .

Madhya pradesh is One of the places in India where I want to buy a farmhouse & spend my last happy days is Madhya Pradesh.

It's safe , Beautiful & Surrounded with woods which doesn't get dry in Summer .

This local dish is "vaasta che wade" means Fritters of Bamboo shoot which I ate at the tribals in the valley of Patalkot. I also had Rabdi & mahua puri . ❤️
I have no words for the experience I had .

Sometimes it's luxurious.
But sometimes it's memorable & an unforgettable experience.

Have you ever tried Forest Bathing ? In Japanese it's called Shinrin Yoku.

The practice of going to Forest to wander .
To do nothing
To get fresh air
Feel the vibe
Connect with the nature

It is antidepressant
It boost your immunity

My Shinrin Yoku is going in the wild, observe the nature, beautiful birds, do wildlife photography .
I find my peace in the wildlife resorts where I just go and do nothing. But it charges me up .

These days , I have started observing birds. And I'm amazed by their little world. The way they fight for the food & feed their chicks . how they build the nest, how they get attacked by bird of prey & so on .

But when it comes to spotting the birds & photography , It took me 3-4 attempts to get a good photo of bird. And now it's a challenge for me to get colourful birds on my feed.

Tiger cubs are born blind and helpless, relying on their mother for nourishment & care. The mother tiger teaches them hunting, stalking & evade predators.

But These 5 cubs of F2 tigress not just follow her, they most of the time follow her & walk in the line like an express. ❤️

We were lucky to find what we hoped for in our last safari.

La pasta Fresca deli is one of our favourite Italian restaurants in Nagpur. Food & the vibes are immaculate.

If You crave for a really good Pasta , This is one of the few places that will satiate your Desire.

And If you are a Tiramisu lover , You should try their classic Tiramisu ( Non-veg) on Weekends. ❤️

Most importantly for us, Their Hospitality is really good & the staff is well trained as well which is very rare in Nagpur.

Try to not get offended so frequently.
Because most of the times , They don't talk facts but spill their own Insecurities.

I made Ravioli for the first time. And there is no going back to the ready-made pasta now .

Recipe :
Dough : Wheat flour & eggs , olive oil

Filling : Butter , herbs , spinach , 1 cheese cube

Pesto : olive oil , Garlic , onion , Tomato , cashewnuts

Make ravioli : You can give any shape & boil it .

Final prep : Oil , herbs , garlic , add boiled ravioli , add pesto , grilled tomatoes, Spinach.
