I am 45 yr old Rupal Mandhania and here is my story from financial struggle to financial freedom. While growing up in a middle class family I always had this passion to do something in my life, I dreamt differently and had the desire to create my own identity.

At the age of 24 I got married and started a new life. My husband was struggling to set up his new business and to support him financially I took a job of a computer trainer with a basic salary of 2k per month. This was way back in 1999-2000.

When I conceived my first child I left the job. After a two year break I again thought of doing something but this time from home so I could take care of my son as well.

We didn’t have enough money for big investment so I started selling designer bed sheets from home which didn’t need much money to begin with.The money invested was the savings from the monthly household expenses.

I did this work for 4 years. It was almost a no profit no loss business but I was not satisfied! I saw myself standing at the same place from where I had started 4 yrs back. There was no movement and I started feeling stagnant.

This is when in 2007 a family friend who was also our neighbor approached me with an offer to join Oriflame.

I did not know what exactly this business was nor did I have any idea about it’s products. With respect to our relation I paid the registration fee and became a member.

Turning point came when I started using Oriflame products and found them to be amazing, result oriented and of superior quality. This gave me confidence and trust to learn and understand all about how this business is done. As I was myself using the products and was highly satisfied, telling people about the products and convincing them to join Oriflame came naturally.

I started putting in sincere effort and time to grow my business and became the First Senior Manager and First Director in Nagpur.

Right now I have around 40 senior managers, one diamond, one gold and one senior gold in my team.

I always wanted people to know me by my name and Oriflame gave me that !

Today people in Nagpur associate my name with Oriflame and vis a vis!

Thanks to Oriflame I earned name, fame, recognition, money and many foreign trips.

One key factor that helped me to achieve success is my ‘never give up attitude’ ! I always believe that if you are committed and sincere towards anything you will be successful one day !
