When Vata becomes aggravated due to factors like improper diet, stress, or exposure to cold, dry, and windy environments, it can lead to pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the joints and spine. Other contributing factors can include Pitta imbalances (leading to inflammation) and Kapha imbalances (leading to stiffness or heaviness)
