The Yog Kaksh "The Yog Kaksh" is an attempt to spread the teachings of our Gurus. What Is Yog:
To understand Yog we need to Understand the opposite of Yog that is Viyog.

Viyog is when; what I think ,What I say and what I do is not in harmony. Which brings disharmony in life in various ways…
Yog is a way through which; What I think, what I say and what I do is in Harmony. It adds (Yog) Body, mind, Intellect and soul in one thread. Physical fitness is just a side effect. Yog will not change the situation, people we are dealing with, the conditions and Environment. Yog helps 'Me' that is real 'I' to act differently in same situation and environment. Kaksha will be open to all at WHC Road, Dharampeth, Nagpur. Happy to serve :)
