Hello people. Humor apart, this post is meant to deliver a message. You are humans. Humans fall prey to diseases. There is no shame to it. Many of the residents suffer from anxiety, depression, panic disorders, adjustment disorders and don't even realize it until they are incapacitated or inundated with the problem to the extent where they are not not even able to go about their daily chores. There have been recent heart breaking news of doctors choosing the noose due to pressure. I know the circumstances were overwhelming for those residents. Having said that know the fact that you are precious to this society. YOU ARE A DOCTOR AND THAT IS NOT EVERYONE'S CUP OF TEA. So we request you with all our heart.... Talk! Seek help when you need it! I am sure you will feel better. As for the workplace torture, get hold of Resident associations of your college and wage war against torture. You will HAVE to fight and break this age old tradition of normalization of harrasment. Speak out! Speak loud!
