I’m grateful for the opportunity to have contributed three presentations at the IAOS International Conference 2026, held in Indore from 17–19 April 2026, at Indore.

It was a privilege to present the innovative concepts of MIROS to an engaged audience of 400 national & international delegates.The cases of shoulder dislocation with neurovascular deficit sparked meaningful dialogue during presentation on “ Prakash method of shoulder reduction “ The session on IAOS methods in OPD practice received encouraging feedback as a practical, “learn today, practise tomorrow” approach.

I also had the honour of chairing a scientific session during the conference.

My sincere thanks to the leadership of IAOS — Dr. L.prakash sir ,Dr. Diwakar Jain sir ,Dr. Prasham Shah sir,and Dr. Aroop Mukherjee sir, — for their vision and continued support to the orthopaedic community.

Encouraged by the interest shown by delegates in IAOS fellowship opportunities at our institution. Looking forward to continued collaboration and academic exchange.

Dr. Nilay Hande, a distinguished Orthopedic Surgeon, made a remarkable impression at WIROC 2025, Mumbai, where he presented his advanced work on MIROS (Minimally Invasive Reduction and Osteosynthesis) surgery for Distal End Radius Fractures.

As the only surgeon in Central India currently performing MIROS surgery, Dr. Hande’s expertise represents a significant advancement in distal radius fracture management.
The new innovative, patient-focused approach is redefining surgical outcomes and setting new benchmarks in modern orthopedics.

It was a proud moment presenting my comparative study on Plating vs MIROS at the 4th IAOS International Conference in Chennai. Sharing my innovations in Orthopaedics with a global audience and engaging with pioneers in the field was truly inspiring. Grateful for the platform to contribute to evolving surgical practices and patient-centered care.
