💼 Workplace Exercises for Better Health and Productivity
🪑 1. Seated Stretches
Neck rolls: Gently rotate your neck in circles to release tension.
Shoulder shrugs: Lift your shoulders up to your ears, hold, and relax.
Seated spinal twist: Sit tall, twist gently to one side, then the other.

Seated leg lifts: Straighten one leg and hold for 10 seconds, alternate.
Ankle circles: Rotate ankles clockwise and counterclockwise to improve circulation.
Wrist flex: Stretch wrists and fingers, especially for computer users.
