THINGS YOU SHOULD AVOID IF YOU WANT PREGNANCY
1. Lose or Gain a Lot of Weight
Weighing too much or too little lowers your chances of becoming pregnant. Either can cause irregular menstrual cycles. When you don't have a period every month, your ovaries won't release an egg, or ovulate. When this doesn't happen, you can't make a baby.
Sometimes, weight changes cause swings in hormone levels that lead to infertility.
Obesity makes you more likely to have:
Miscarriage
Gestational diabetes, a type that only happens during pregnancy
Preeclampsia,etc..
Appropriate body mass index (BMI)should be between 18.5 and 27.
2. Overdo the Exercise
Vigorous exercise might bring on hormone changes that make it hard for your ovaries to make or release eggs.
3. Put Off Starting a Family Too Long
Appropriate age of marriage for girls is 27 - 30 years of age .
while a wide range is there for males as they have long fertility span .
eitherway Consider this: Half of all pregnancies are unplanned. so plan your life & family .
4 Avoid Alcohol
Alcoholism is another cause of infertility . As Alcohol has oxidation effect too you may be heading for a fast aging .
Few Drinks are fine till you plan a baby but suppose you get pregnant and you are enjoying a night out on the town with a few cocktails and not know you're already pregnant.
If you're drinking, your baby is, too.
your baby's brain and nervous system growth is impaired by alcohol . .
There's no safe level of prepregnancy alcohol drinking. Also, there's no safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy.
Alcohol can lower levels of the s*x hormone testosterone and cause erectile dysfunction.
You probably won't get your lady pregnant if that happens.
5. Smoke
To***co is unhealthy,
If you smoke, you should quit even if you aren't trying to get pregnant.
More than 10 ci******es a day greatly lowers your odds of getting pregnant.
Smoking causes miscarriage.
Smoking may damage your ovaries so you make fewer eggs. The fewer eggs you make, the less likely you'll get pregnant.
Tell your man to stop smoking, too. Lighting up may lower his s***m count and make them swim slower.
If you're already pregnant, smoking may cause changes in your baby is in continious ni****ne stimulus and oxygen deficiency . study shows that reproductive organs of a baby is effected if mother is a smoker and that could make it hard for him or her to make a baby later in life.
6. Double Up on Your Vitamins
If you're thinking about getting pregnant, take a plenty prenatal vitamin ,
Start with 400 micrograms of folic acid every day.
It helps prevent birth defects like neural tube defects.
But don't take too handfuls of megavitamins or supplements.
Too much vitamin A, for example, is linked to problems in a growing baby.
and too much vitamin E causes hemorrhage
7. Skimp on S*x
Seems like a no-brainer, right?
If you want to get pregnant, you need to have lots of s*x.
Couples who get busy every couple of days are more likely to get pregnant.
Though specific days are important .
8. If you are taking any medicines , you may need to change it sometimes before pregnancy BUT Never stop any treatments without talking to your doctor.
This is especially important if you're being treated for conditions like hormonal depletion therapy seizures, depression, or high blood pressure.
There are different drug choices in pregnancy . So we change drugs according to different conditions of pregnancy .
Even Simple Paracetamol is harmful for your baby in womb . Its Drug's metabolites which may cause neonatal diseases . So if you want a healthy baby be strong .
Strong Babies are delivered by Strong and Brave Ladies .
9. Use of Illegal Drugs and even energy drinks or even simple carbonated drinks should be avoided ,
stop using illicit drugs the moment you start thinking about getting pregnant. It can take a while for the substances to clear your bloodstream.
Encourage your partner to kick his habits, too.
10 Vaccines
The minute motherhood enters your mind, call your doctor and make sure your vaccines are up to date.
If you need any, you'll want to get them more than a month before you conceive.
The especially important ones are:
Rubella (German measles)
Varicella (Chickenpox)
Hepatitis
These diseases can cause problems or birth defects in the baby if you get them while you're pregnant.
Last but most important NEVER CURSE YOUR PARTNER for not conceiving . GOD sometimes takes tests in life . No test is easy in itself.
it is not always females responsible for infertility MEN are infact more likely to be cause .
DIVORCE IS NO ANSWER TO INFERTILITY IT IS JUST A SLAP ON A RELATIONSHIP.
