I am Ms. Ami Chaudhry, Psychologist practicing in Vasai-Virar. I am very pleased to announce the name of my new venture in mental health, Mind 2 Heart... a journey to your heart, through your mind!
Mind 2 Heart is a Center for Psychotherapy and Counseling based in Nallasopara. The key vision of my centre will be to provide counseling services and psychotherapies for the emotional and mental well being of individuals. Mind 2 Heart aims to make mental health a common topic to talk about and to make one understand that it's absolutely okay to not feel okay at times.
