Patient was a 40 year old female with complaints of heavy menstrual bleeding , not responding to medical management.
On USG patient was found to have a large posterior wall fibroid which was obliterating the POD and encompassing the uterosacral ligaments and the uterine artery.
Patient had a history of prior 2 LSCS as well .
The myoma was removed first and bleeding was minimised with the help of vasopressin injection followed by the excision of the previous scar and subsequent hysterectomy was followed as usual .

A case of Ruptured tubal Ectopic pregnancy with previous 2 Cesarean with failed tubal ligation was taken up for laparoscopic Salpingectomy and Adhesiolysis at Aakash Multi-Speciality Hospital , New Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh .
Adhesions and Ectopic were removed successfully.
