Healthcare maybe excellent in abroad when compared to India. But it's associated with its own pitfalls. India especially the metros have hands down the best health care system
👉 The most important complaint is the waiting time and the tedious pathway
👉Most countries like the UK, Australia still have a GP pathway where a general practitioner usually sees the patient and thereafter he refers to the specialist.
👉Wait time
One of my friends who's a Gynec oncologist ,currently working in the UK ,she said that even cancer patients it's difficult to fast-track the treatment as the availability of specialists is limited unlike in India .
👉 Expenses
USA one cannot get an injection without a insurance. Many of my family members who have their children there dread to travel abroad because of the cost. IVF and surgeries costs almost 5 times more in the USA which is not affordable by an average Indian migrant without insurance
👉 Missing a connection
The most important thing in a treatment is doctor patient relationship and when you don't have that with a doctor you'll not be satisfied. My senior practicing in Dubai gets huge load of Tamil patients. Patients usually search for an Indian doctor and travel long distance. Despite that the system is not very flexible
👉 Family support
We have patients flying in from various countries for treatment in India both NRI and foreign patients itself as they feel better supported for recovery here . That's purely a personal opinion

A heartfelt gift from a mother and two daughters. They're not so rich. All I could give them was time and attention to what they said and it worked in a positive way.Today they travelled all the way to give this after the birth of child.
