Dear fellow dentists affected by flood,

Indian Dental Association Tamilnadu State Branch requested the Tamilnadu Dental Traders and Manufacturers Association to help our fellow dentists whose clinics have been affected by the floods.

As per our request, some companies have agreed to help the affected "IDA Members" in repairing dental chairs and other equipments at concession rates.

So we kindly request our members to contact your local branch secretary (or) any of the following companies for assistance.

Our senior most dental surgeon Dr. Mahani(Care and Concern Member) from kumbakonam expired today morning due to cardiac arrest.

Funeral will be held on 4 pm tomorrow.

May his soul rest in peace.

IDA TNSB Vellore Protest on Friday (May 15) has been Cancelled. Further action will be informed soon. Inconvenience deeply regretted.

This is to inform you that, IDA Tamilnadu State Office decided to meet Health Secretary to convey recent happenings in Dental fraternity and request to protect hospitals/clinics/dentists from violence as well as to implement Hospital Protect Act. Further proceedings will be informed soon.
