30 yr female, sudden sneezing during dental procedure, history of aspiration of dental tool pin. Pricky sensation in throat .GI scopy done at Parbhani normal. Chest X-ray done showed foreign body in trachea. Video Bronchoscopy done showed sharp pin in trachea, slightly embedding in wall of trachea, couldn’t be removed through flexible forcep. Rigid intubation done and pin removed via rigid forcep. Procedure uneventful. Post procedure check Bronchoscopy reveals normal tracheobronchial tree. Cxray normal. Patient doing well.
