అమర సంజీవని నేరేడు
ఇది మామిడి పండ్ల సీజన్ అని చాలా మందికి తెలుసు. అట్లాగే ఇది నేరేడు పండ్ల కాలం కూడా. మార్కెట్లో నేరేడు పండ్లు విరివిగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. నేరేడులో పోషకాలు పుష్కలం. వాటికి ఔషధ గుణాలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి.
ఆయుర్వేదంలో నేరేడును అమర సంజీవనిగా పేర్కొంటారు.
◆ఏ, సీ మిటమిన్లు, ఆగ్రాలిక్ ఆమ్లం ఆరోగ్యానికి అత్యవసరం నేరేడు ◆శరీరంలోని విష పదార్థాలను హరిస్తుంది. అందువల్లే సంప్రదాయ వైద్యంలో ఈ పండ్లను విస్తృతంగా వాడేవారు.
◆ఇవి కడుపులోని నులిపురుగులను చంపేస్తాయి.
◆నోటి క్యాన్సర్కు మంచి మందులా పనిచేస్తాయి. ◆షుగర్ వ్యాధిగ్రస్థులు నేరేడును తప్పనిసరిగా తినాలి. నేరేడు పండ్ల గింజలను కాల్చి కాల్చి పొడి చేసి నీటిలో కలిపి తాగితే చక్కెరశాతంఅదుపులో ఉంటుంది. ◆మూత్రాశయ సమస్యలకు ఇదిమంచి టానిక్ లా పని చేస్తుంది. అతిసారoను కూడా నివారిస్తుంది.
◆పండుతో పాటు ఆకులకు కూడా ఔషధగుణాలు ఉన్నాయి.
◆నేరేడు ఆకులతో కట్టుకడితే గాయాలు తగ్గుతాయి.
◆నోటిపూత, చిగుళ్ల వ్యాధులు, దంతక్షయం వంటి సమస్యలు నేరేడు ఆకుల రసాన్ని పుక్కిలిస్తే తగ్గుతాయి.
◆మదనపల్లి, రాజమండ్రి, బెంగుళూరుప్రాంతాల నుంచి హైబ్రిడ్ నేరేడు పండ్లు దిగుమతి అవుతున్నాయి. హైబ్రిడ్ కంటే నాటుపండ్లే శ్రేష్టం. నల్లమల నుంచి గిరిజన మహిళలు తీసుకొచ్చి విక్రయించే నేరేడు పండ్లకు మంచి డిమాండ్ ఉంది.
