Rare Cardiac Procedure

Conservative treatment for asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients.
1) Betadine gargles every 6 hrly.
2) Tab Dolo 650 mg three times a day for 2 to 3 days reduce if fever subsides.
3) if fever persists add Indomethacin 75 mg twice a day for 3 to 5 days.
4) Tab Limcee 1 gm three times a day for 5 to 7 days.
5) Cap Evion 400 mg twice a day for 5 to 7 days.
6) Vit D3 60,000 unit once a day for 3 to 5 days. Max 3 lac units.
7)Alex cough Syp 2 tablespoon three times a day for 5 to 7 days.
8 ) if D dimers are high Inj Celexane 0.4 or 0.6 ml subcutaneous for 5 days.

Treatment for those who exhibit changes in Chest CT( CT>10) :
1) Inj Remdesivir 200 mg in 100 ml normal saline stat than 100 mg once a day for 5 days.
2) Ink Magnex forte 1.5 gram twice a day for 5 days.
3) Inj Dexamethasone 8 mg intravenous stat than 4 mg every 6 hrly.
4) Inj LMWH 0.4 ml S/C twice a day for 5 days.
5) Inj Vit D3 ------6 lac units intramuscular stat.
6) cap Evion 400 mg twice a day for 5 days.
7) Tab Limcee 1 gram stat three times a day for 5 days.
8 ) Cap Sumvit once a day for 5 days.
9) Betadine mouth gargles every 6 hrly for 7 days.
10) Alex cough Syp 2 tablespoon three times a day for 7 days.
11) Tab Mucomix 600 mg twice a day for 5 days.
12) cap Indomethacin 75 mg once a day for 6 days.
13) Tab Dolo 650 SOS if temp >100.2
Don't give intravenous fluids
14) oxygen low flow if available @2 litre/minute through nasal cannula.
15) cap Doxy 100 mgs 1 cap BD for 5 days
Send CBC,LFT,RFT after 3 days.

2) Inj LMWH 0.4 ml S/C once a day for 5 days.
3) Vit D3 -60000 units a day - total 6 lac units.
4) cap Evion 400 mg twice a day for 5 days.
5) Tab Limcee 1 gram stat three times a day for 5 days.
6) Cap Sumvit once a day for 5 days.

8 ) Alex cough Syp 2 tablespoon three times a day for 7 days.
9) Tab Mucomix 600 mg twice a day for 5 days.

Don't give intravenous fluids
12) cap Doxy 100 mgs 1 cap BD for 5 days
Send CBC,LFT,RFT after 3 days.
