One with Professor - Dr Kim Jeongman , the Pioneer of most famous "subvastus approach" for total knee replacement, who introduced the approach adapting it from Oncology.
The approach when introduced by him was named " vastus displacing medial approach for total knee replacement " which subsequently accepted with changed name.
minimal incision of 9.5 cm was used for total knee replacement surgery.
