Range of Motion Exercises for RA
Ankles
* Bend your right knee and place your right ankle on your left knee.
* Use your left hand to grasp your right foot.
* Bending at the ankle, stretch your right foot toward the ceiling. Stretch to the point of resistance and hold for 30 seconds.
* Stretch your ankle in the opposite direction, pushing your foot toward the floor. Stretch to the point of resistance and hold for 30 Seconds.
* Repeat 10 times. Repeat with the left foot.
