49yr patient (perimenopausal) with heavy menorrhagia---,Endometrial Histopath negative,, could have done vaginal hyst bt pt was willing for abdominal,,,Total abdominal hysterectomy with LSO along with cyst done,,, pt fine took bath on 2nd day and discharged on day 3 👍😊

Some patients don't care about their valuable life,,why to weigh life against money? Which is more precious??
A young patient mother of two kids was adviced to under go safe termination of pregnancy but she opt for shortcut & took pills directly from medical store( if medical shop owner has that much knowledge then why they don't start their own clinic?),, anyways...Pt bleed alot and came in emergency with gidiness and hypotension...Managed with check curettage..Now she is fine & took her lunch.👍😊
