It is not rocket science for people to understand how to acquire low-fat proteins in their diet, reduce refined grains, and increase fruits and vegetables, and get 45 minutes of activity every day. If you combine those things, you may incentivize individuals to do so, either financially or otherwise... That, I believe, is the answer to the obesity crisis.
