I was invited by the Bahishal Shikshan Mandal, Pune University, to deliver a lecture on "Laughter Yoga and Health" at the Sant Gadge Maharaj Vyakhyanmala, organized by the Arts, Commerce, and Science College, at Khedgaon (Pimpalgaon, Baswant). All the senior citizens present there actively participated in the laughter yoga session. I made them perform various types of laughter exercises, and one of the participants, Ashok Vaidya, a bhajan-kirtankar, announced that they would start a new laughter club. I was delighted to see that laughter yoga is spreading to everywhere.
