How to engage your new born??.

1. Tummy time- Strengthens neck, shoulders, and upper body.

2. Eye level interactions- Enhances visual tracking and focus.

3.Contrast toys or cards.

4. Gentle touch and play- Lightly tickle your baby’s hands, feet, or belly. Use soft textures like feathers, silk scarves, or plush toys.

Tips

Keep sessions short (5-10 minutes) since newborns can tire easily.
