As a Jain householder(श्रावक) , we are supposed to observe twelve minor vows known as ANUVRATS(अणुव्रत) and on the last day of “Paryushan Mahaparv”(महापर्व पर्युषण ) called as “Samvatsari”(संवत्सरी),we perform a ritual called ”Pratikraman”(प्रतिक्रमण).
Through this ritual we review our activities to look for any violations that might have occurred among these vows.

Then we seek Forgiveness(क्षमा) for our actions which could have hurt any matter or soul knowingly or unknowingly . By doing that,
_we believe, that the bo***ge of karma to soul is lessened and furthermore we are watchful of our actions in future so that we dont commit any more sin_

So on this auspicious day of Samvatsari, I hereby seek your forgiveness by saying Micchāmi Dukkaḍaṃ (मिच्छामि दुक्कडम्), an ancient Indian prakrit Language phrase, found in historic Jain texts, literally meaning “May all my transgressions be forgiven “ or “May all the evil that has been done be in vain" for any of my thoughts words or actions done knowingly or unknowingly which could have hurt you.

3 Simple Yoga Habits That Changed My Life
Years ago, I couldn’t climb stairs without hearing a crack in my knees. Pain was constant — and the doctors didn’t offer real solutions. But yoga did.

These three small habits—brought my body back into balance. Slowly, the pain faded. I could walk. Stand. Climb. Trek. Move freely again.

🌱 If you’re a beginner and don’t know where to start, this is your sign.

👉 DM me the word "BEGIN" and I’ll help you take your first steps on the mat.

[yoga for beginners, joint pain, balance, move freely, walk without pain, healing through yoga, yoga mat]

🧘‍♂️ *Dealing with STRESS? ANXIETY? FRUSTRATION? ANGER? DEPRESSION?*

Try Box Breathing for amazing results! 🌟

Box breathing, also called Sama Vritti Pranayama, is a simple breathing exercise that can help you relax, reduce stress, and improve focus. It's based on yogic breath practices and focuses on deep, slow breathing.

Here's how you do it:

1. Find a comfortable position and notice how your chest and stomach rise and fall with each breath.
2. Make sure you’re breathing deeply into your stomach, not just your chest.
3. Breathe in for 5 counts.
4. Hold your breath for 5 counts.
5. Slowly breathe out through your nose for 5 counts, one section at a time (lungs, chest, abdomen).
6. Hold without breath for 5 counts.
7. Repeat this pattern a few times until you feel relaxed and centered.

Practice for 10 minutes every day for at least 21 days to see amazing benefits.

Clear your mind and find peace with Box Breathing! 🧘‍♀️✨

Taking a short walk after you eat can do good things for your body. Here's how:

1. Walking after a meal helps keep your blood sugar from spiking too high. This means your body doesn't have to work as hard to handle all the sugar from the food you just ate.

2. It also keeps your insulin levels steady. Insulin is a hormone that helps your body use sugar properly.

3. Any kind of activity, even just a little walk, can help your blood sugar. When you move around, your body uses insulin better, which is important for people with diabetes.

4. Even a quick walk of 5 to 10 minutes can lower your blood sugar a bit. But remember, walking after meals isn't a magic fix for diabetes. It's just one good habit among many.

So, if you know you've eaten something that might make your blood sugar high, consider taking a short walk afterward. It can help your body digest the food and make you feel better.
