Hence In every school, the management should think and act very alertly while nurturing and educating the child and this is done at Global Vision International School with a lot of love and care. GVIS has bifurcated its syllabus (CBSE & SSC) right from the grass root level, i.e. It helps the children to cope up with the chosen curriculum right from the Nursery class. The students don’t face any hassles in when they enter in Grade I, whether it is CBSE or SSC, as their foundation is very strong.

“Nothing is as pious as knowledge.” Following this philosophy, we have designed the curriculum of pre-primary very sensitively and with utmost care. Today’s generation is advanced and smart, so most advanced technologies should be used to impart the knowledge skillfully. Our teachers prepare their own audio visual power point presentations (PPT) of every lesson. We have observed the tremendous, wonderful impact on students learning by the continuous use of smart boards. We not only make use of the advance technology only; but also use different latest as well as traditional resources for the development and growth of our students. We arrange a number of field trips and excursions relevant to the lessons and subjects to give our students practical knowledge through real experience. Language teachers take students to show Book Exhibitions, Public libraries, Kusumagraj Udyan, Theatre show, Drama etc. so that the students come to know about various types of books and other literary forms other than their academic texts. Science related field visits are arranged to Botanical Gardens, Medicinal Factories, Chocolate, biscuits making factories, Medical Shops, Hospitals, Planetarium, Science Exhibition etc. There are outdoor activities which develop students into bold and all round personalities.

Traffic Awareness Program Report

A Traffic Awareness Program was successfully conducted on 5th August 2025 at Mumbai Naka, Nashik, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The event was organized to educate students about road safety and traffic rules.

The session was conducted under the valuable guidance of Respected Director Vijayalakshmi Manerikar Ma’am and Educational Officer Chandrakant Kulkarni Sir. A total of 81 students from Grade 6 and 7 participated enthusiastically in the event. The students were accompanied by teachers Swati Jadhav Ma’am, Anil Musale Sir, and Gaurav Sir, and were transported safely to and from the venue in two school buses.

Throughout the program, students were given detailed information on traffic awareness, including the reasons behind the increasing number of road accidents in India and particularly in Nashik. Emphasis was laid on road safety precautions and the importance of wearing helmets.

Various graphs and informative videos were shown to make students understand the consequences of negligence while using roads. The message that "life is precious and must be protected" was effectively conveyed. Students learned that wearing a helmet while riding is compulsory and crucial for safety.

Information about different road signs and their meanings was also provided. Theoretical explanations were followed by practical demonstrations, including how to cross the road safely, which students practiced themselves.

The session was made more effective and insightful by the guidance of Sonali Pawar Ma’am and her team, whose contribution was highly appreciated. Students also made notes of important safety rules in their notebooks for future reference.

Key takeaways included the legal requirement that the minimum age for obtaining a driving license is 18 years, and in cases of underage driving, penalties may be imposed on parents as well.

The program successfully instilled in the students the significance of traffic rules and road safety through real-life examples and interactive sessions. All students returned safely to school by 11:15 AM.
