. Once the DPR is ready and submitted to various agencies and the required finance is arranged, an entrepreneur shall start implementation of a project. These stages of implementation and corresponding consultancy charges in % are broadly covered in the following table:

VARIOUS STAGES DURING PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

1. SIGNING OF AGREEMENT WITH CONSULTANT, SITE SURVEYS, PRE-PROJECT ACTIVITIES LIKE ARRANGING POWER, WATER, CIVIL WORK = 15 DAYS - 1% charges.

2. TENDERING OF PLANT, MACHINERY & EQUIPMENTS = 15 DAYS = 1% charges.

4. EVALUATE QUOTATIONS & ORDER PLACEMENTS = 30 DAYS to
45 days = 1% charges

5. DELIVERIES, SITEERECTION, TRIAL PRODUCTION = 30 – 60 days - 1% charges

APPX TIME TO COMPLETE AN MSME PROJECT: 6 MONTHS TO 8 MONTHS CHARGES SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION BASED ON A PROJECT.
