Students performing tratak sadhana..

Tratak is a method of meditation that involves staring at a single point such as a small object,black dot or a candle flame.

It is said to bring energy to the third eye.

Advantages-
1.Tratak is said to enhance the ability to concentrate.
2.It may increase the power of memory and bring the mind in a state of awareness,attention and focus.

Its been 5 long years when i joined yoga as a student due to my severe lower back injury..my weight prob..n lots of heath issues..

Certainly developed interest in yoga and thought of spreading the benefits and importance of yoga to everyone..

Yoga has changed my life and i am changing with it.
