❤️2025 showed me the power of resilience. It taught me to rise after every fall, value every moment, and carry its lessons with me forever.

🌿I realized that peace matters more than being right. Choosing calm over conflict frees my mind, lifts my spirit, and lets joy flow in. Life feels lighter, brighter, and more beautiful when I prioritize peace and let go of the need to always be right.

🌿I learned to protect my energy by choosing what nourishes me and letting go of what drains me. I honor my limits with kindness, knowing my peace deserves care.

🌿Little joys kept me going,tiny sparks of happiness that made my heart smile even on the hardest days. They reminded me that life, in its simplest moments, is still beautiful.

🌿My body speaks, and I finally listen. In the quiet moments, I hear what I once ignored soft reminders asking for rest, care, and kindness. I’m learning that listening isn’t weakness; it’s wisdom. By honoring my body’s voice, I’m choosing balance, healing, and a deeper respect for myself,and I’m sharing this as a reminder for anyone who needs it too. 💛

🌿Life can change in a moment, and I’ve learned this the hard way. One instant can shift everything, reminding me to value the present, hold my loved ones closer, and live with more awareness and gratitude. Every moment matters, and I’m learning to honor it fully.

🌿Real ones show up when it’s hard. I’ve learned that tough times reveal who truly cares...those who stay, support, and lift you up are the ones worth holding close. Life becomes clearer when we value the people who stand by us, no matter what.

🌿Rest is not laziness; it’s necessary. I remind myself that taking breaks, slowing down, and giving my body and mind time to recover is part of staying strong. Honoring my need for rest is an act of self-love, not weakness

🌿I choose softness in how I live and love, meeting each moment with kindness and care. I slow down, listen gently, and treat myself with patience. In love, I act with warmth, understanding, and a tender heart, letting softness guide the way I give and receive.

Truly, I’m blessed. God is always with me.❤️

Grateful to be back on the mat — it’s been a month since I practiced yoga, and now I’m starting again❤️

Sometimes life shows us who truly cares and who doesn’t. In those moments, I realize how lucky I am. My family has always been by my side, holding me with their endless love and for that, I feel truly blessed.
I am also deeply grateful to all those who stood with me during this time, who made the effort to visit, to check on me, and to keep me in their thoughts. It is through the love of my family and the prayers of so many dear ones that I am feeling well today.

This incident reminded me that with God’s grace and the universe’s energy, we can heal and rise. Thank you all for your prayers and love.

Grateful beyond words... every challenge is shaping me with God’s grace.❤️

The incident tested me, but faith, love, and healing made me stronger than ever🤟🏻❤️

Thank you for changing my life — I’ll always be grateful to you.🥹❤️

On this sacred day, I want to bow my head with deepest respect and gratitude. You haven’t just taught me lessons from books — you have transformed my life.

Thank you for inspiring me, believing in me, and showing me the right path even when I couldn’t see it myself.

Because of you, I am not the same person I once was — and I will forever be grateful for that gift. Thank you for being the light that changed my path.

ज्या शाळेत आपण शिकलो, ज्या शाळेत आपलं बालपण घडलं त्या शाळेत एक मार्गदर्शक म्हणून जाण खरच खूप भाग्याचं आहे आणि ते भाग्य मला लाभलं. खरच मी खूप भाग्यवान आहे✨

ज्या शाळेने, त्या शाळेतल्या शिक्षकांनी आपल्याला खूप काही दिलं, त्यांच्यासाठी काही तरी करावं अस नेहमीच वाटतं.

आणि आज मला आंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिना निमित्त मला योग चा प्रचार करण्याची संधी दिल्याबद्दल मी खरंच खूप खूप आभारी आहे✨

आपल्या शिक्षकांना आपला अभिमान वाटावा अस काही तरी करावं आणि आज खरंच अस वाटलं ..त्यांच्या चेहऱ्यावरचा आनंद सर्व काही बोलून गेला❤️ खूप खूप समाधान वाटत आहे आज✨

शब्दात मांडता येणार नाही असा हा दिवस होता.❤️🙇🏻‍♀️✨

I always feel like doing something for my school, the teachers of my school who have given me so much.
