The body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose which is then used by the body cells and tissues for energy. Excess of glucose is then converted to glycogen and stored in liver and muscles for later use.

I have worked for 3 years in Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, I have also done an 8-month intensive Dietetic internship from KEM hospital.
