This version of “Husn” was chosen because it presents emotion in a way that feels honest and unfiltered. There is no attempt to make pain sound beautiful or poetic. Instead, the song sits with it, raw and unembellished.

The rock arrangement and the voice that carries weight without exaggeration can make it relatable to anyone who has experienced unresolved emotions.

It doesn’t try to fix or uplift, it simply acknowledges. Not everything needs to be solved right away. Sometimes, just naming what is being felt, without noise or distraction, is enough. This version creates space for that kind of quiet recognition.

THIS is called love. Because it’s more than a feeling, it’s a choice, a promise, and a way of growing together. It has to come from both of you. It’s loving someone not just for who they are today, but for who they were in the past and who they may become in the future.

It means staying, understanding their struggles, honouring their experiences, and offering a safe space for healing and change.

It is about patience, compassion, and the willingness to put in the effort, day after day, to make the relationship a place where both people can flourish. That’s what makes it love in its truest form.

Not all men struggle with emotional expression,
But most do.
And many are slowly unlearning the patterns they were raised with.

It’s not about blaming.
It’s about recognizing the emotional inheritance they carry, and the effort it takes to choose something different.

Every time a man says,
"I don’t know how to talk about this, but I want to try,"
That’s not weakness.
That’s growth.

Missing an older version of ourselves is not necessarily a sign of regression — it’s often a healthy reflection of our psychological depth and evolving self-awareness. It signals that we’re in dialogue with our inner world.

The task isn’t to return to who we were, but to recognize what that version of us represented — and how elements of it might still be integrated into who we are becoming.

Life moves quickly, and we’re only here for a short time. We get to witness moments, experience things, and then they’re gone. It’s a strange feeling, being here but knowing we can’t hold onto everything forever. But that’s what makes life special, yet unfair. Even though we can’t keep them, we can still appreciate them while they’re here. Our time may be brief, but it’s enough to notice, feel, and live in the present.

At the heart of every good relationship is not the ability to read each other’s minds, but the willingness to communicate openly and honestly. Expecting a partner to just know can lead to frustration and unmet needs, while expressing feelings clearly fosters understanding and closeness. No matter how deeply connected two people are, misunderstandings are inevitable without intentional dialogue.

This is where couples counseling can be transformative—providing a safe space to bridge communication gaps, break unhealthy patterns, and develop tools for deeper emotional connection. A strong relationship isn’t built on assumptions but on consistent effort, empathy, and the courage to express what truly matters. 💙

Issa’s poem carries a profound message about perseverance and the beauty of slow, steady progress. The image of a tiny snail climbing the towering Mount Fuji feels almost absurd at first—how could something so small take on such a vast challenge? And yet, it does, moving forward at its own pace.

This speaks to a deeply human truth: we all have our own mountains to climb, and progress isn’t always fast or dramatic. Sometimes, it’s just about taking the next step, however small. The repetition of “slowly” reinforces the idea that there’s no rush—patience and persistence matter more than speed.

Issa’s works often celebrate nature and the ordinary, and this poem is no different. It finds something quietly beautiful in the determination of a snail, reminding us that even the smallest efforts can lead to something great.

Tumbbad is a cinematic masterpiece that serves as a profound psychological study of desire—how the insatiable hunger for more can consume a person, turning them into a prisoner of their own ambitions.

The film does not just tell a story; it immerses the audience in a haunting exploration of the human psyche, making them question their own relationship with power and wealth.
