Atma Namaste 🙏

As a trained Pranic Psychotherapist, I get the opportunity to do a lot of relationship counselling, especially for women.

I too in return get to learn a lot from my interactions with my clients.

My personal goal in life is to help as many people as I can to overcome challenges in life with the help of simple and practical spiritual concepts..

With this intent I will be starting a series of posts called "Healing Diaries" where I will be sharing cases (with client anonymity of course!) which have helped me learn more about human relationships!

Noise is bad; Silence is dangerous!

As a trained Pranic Psychotherapist Healer, I have clients who approach me for relationship healing.

They often complain that their spouse keeps arguing and fighting with them all the time & this worries them!

My 1st response to them is "Only Birds That Are Alive, Chirp; Not the Dead Ones!

The "Bird" here is NOT your Spouse but Your Relationship!

You should be worried If your spouse is constantly arguing or fighting with you....

But you should be VERY worried if they go silent!

That silence indicates that the spouse has now given up on the relationship. They have made peace with the fact no amount of physical, emotional or mental effort is worth putting in, into the relationship anymore. And this DOES NOT happen overnight but over weeks, months and possibly over years too!

So listen very carefully NOT TO but THROUGH those fights and arguments!

Every candle flickers violently when it is just about to go off!

Be aware of this very important indicator and save the 'flame' of your relationship well in time!

A salutation I learnt in the school of Pranic Healing.

What does *Atma Namaste* mean?

When we say *Namaste* we are saluting the physical form of the being in front of us!

Physically we all are different. Different colors, features, race, religion, etc.

But at the soul level, we are all *One*. A soul has no color, shape, race, religion! It is pure Divine Energy!

So when we greet each other with an *Atma Namaste* we are actually saluting this Divine Energy and acknowledging this *Spiritual Oneness*✨

So *Atma Namaste*🙏🏻 to All! I salute the Divinity within each one of you.🙂🙏🏻💕
