Spearheading the management team is Dr. Mangesh Dake, an Orthopaedic Surgeon who completed his Master degree in Orthopaedic Surgery from Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai. In addition, he also completed his Diploma in Orthopaedics from College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mumbai. Due to his strong interest in academics, he worked as a teaching faculty in Orthopaedics at Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai. He has been a successful Orthopaedic consultant and Surgeon for more than 16 years with expertise in Trauma Management and Joint Replacement. He is the primary member of the Board of Directors at Prachin Healthcare, responsible to ensure efficient 24X7 functioning of the hospital.

Dr. Sangeeta M. Dake

Dr. (Mrs.) Sangeeta Dake is a Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has completed her Masters Degree from L.T. Medical College, Mumbai and her subsequent Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics from College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mumbai. She has an experience of more than 16 years as a clinical Gynaecologist. The increasing incidence of reproduction related problems has in a way encouraged Dr. Sangita to specialize in the treatment of Infertility in both men and women. She is a member of the Board of Directors and is instrumental in effectively managing the Gynaecology and Fertility Department at Prachin Healthcare.

MR. Ramchandra K. Dake

Mr. Ramchandra Dake is a strong source of inspiration behind the values and growth of Prachin Group. Although he had a modest living, he managed to effectively inculcate the essence of ethics and education in his three children which further ensued the inception of Prachin Group. In his early days, Mr. Dake worked as an Accounts officer in the Raigad district administration. He is still respected for his integrity and sincerity in the Riagad district zilla parishad. He oversees and ensures the smooth functioning of Shri. Ramchandra Dake Foundation and will be involved in taking care of the day to day administration at Prachin Healthcare as a Director.
