5 years to Reiki 💜 My Happiest Place 💜⚡️ I remember times when I had to force myself the bed, get ready and travel to work. Those were the hustle days 🥲 but still after reaching to work I never got the fulfilment. The corporate politics, the never ending interviews (I am Ex HR Professional ) and those ongoing recruitment cycles 😔 Never knew life will take this turn 😊 Such a drastic one. I started my Reiki Journey in January 2020 but became a distant healer in Feb 2020. It’s a bliss to be in this divine space where work is no longer a hustle, helping people helps you make a living and you I live my mission of bringing light to lives of people. We only getting started. 😘

🌟 My Journey to Overcome Social Media Addiction 🌟

Today, I'm opening up about something very personal: My battle with social media addiction. It’s a journey that began in 2018 when I realized I was nearly lost in the digital world. Here's how I fought my way back and how you can too! 🚀

🔍 Awareness: It all started with admitting I had a problem. Recognizing the hold social media had on me was my first step toward freedom.

⏲️ App Limits: I began using my phone’s app limit features aggressively. Setting strict boundaries helped me cut down on unnecessary scrolling.

🎨 Curate Your Feed: I took charge of my digital space by unfollowing accounts that didn't add value to my life and following those that inspired and uplifted me.

🔄 Swap the Habit: I replaced my screen time with activities that fed my soul—meditation, reading, and spending time in nature.

💡Back in 2018, I was on the edge of letting social media control my life. These steps didn’t just change my habits; they transformed my entire mindset.

When is your manifestation going to come?

🧘🏻‍♀️ The answer is not outside of yourself. So instead of looking for external validation or signs, look within and ensure you have an inner movement going.

🧘🏻‍♀️ The more you saturate yourself in the fulfilled wish, the more inner movement you create.

🧘🏻‍♀️ And inner movement inevitably leads to outer movement. It’s as easy as that!

⚠️ If you strongly resist your desire, it might indicate deeper patterns or trauma that need to be healed first!
